The District 4 Headquarters is located at 2501 Carlisle Blvd., NE (between Menaul Blvd. and I-40) in the city of Albuquerque. Albuquerque is the largest city in the state of New Mexico with a population of 504,949 (July 1, 2006 - US Census).

The Santa Fe Field Office (Academy) , located at 4491 Cerrillos Road, in the capital city of Santa Fe is the principle training facility for new MTD recruits.
